These crispy chewy treats make the perfect after-school snack and with just three ingredients, they’re really quick and easy to make.
- 200g of white sugar
- 260g of peanut butter
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until combined.
With wet hands, roll spoonfuls of cookie mixture into balls and evenly lay on baking paper covered tray.
Use a fork to press an indent into the top of the cookies and to flatten.
Place tray in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
The cookies will still be soft when warm, rest on a tray until they firm up.
