Kale on its own can be a tough sell – so it helps if you’ve got a tasty way to serve it up. Thankfully, we’ve got just the thing. This easy method is perfect for preparing kale as part of an omelette or quesadilla dish, and before you know it, this hardy member of the cabbage family should become a big hit with your own clan.
- 4 handfuls of fresh kale
- Sprinkle of parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp / 30g Dairygold
Add two dollops of Dairygold to a hot pan and allow to melt.
Add the kale and sauté it in the pan for a few minutes.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and then either serve as a side dish, or add it to whatever you’re making.
